Randal's Review of ATN X-Sight Night Vision Rifle Scope 5-18x DGWSXS518A

Product was in stock and arrived quickly. The complete instruction manual is online only. Upon taking out of the box company recommended going to their web site to download the latest version of their firmware. Process from download to installation took about 5 min.
Pro's
1. Night Vision- I was very impressed with the quality of the night vision both with the IR light and only ambient light. Even with the small IR light it comes with it still provided great illumination out to 40 yds (I have not had a chance to test out past that distance with IR light)
2. Ability to record video and take pictures in either daytime or nighttime mode.
3. Ability to connect to scope via your phone or tablet to view the reticle and make changes to settings after download the app.

Con's
1. Goes through batteries very FAST even with wireless/GPS turned off.
2. Probably the biggest negative is when you zero the scope the reticle is not re-centered in the screen. If it was shooting low left your reticle will be in the low left center of the screen. If you try to zoom in too much the reticle will totally disappear from the screen. I contacted ATN to as follow up which they stated they were aware of the issue and were working on a fix which would be available in a future firmware update.

Overall for the money it is a great entry level scope for night vision, even better once they get the reticle zero issue corrected.
