Does not fit or function in my Stag AR-10 lower.
Because it said “.308” in its description, I assumed it would work in my Stag Arms AR-10 lower. It does not. I’m returning it.

Exactly what I needed
An upgrade to the standard Bolt catch I had initially installed. Over time the stock bolt catch I had installed started to get hubg up and was difficult to operate durring PRS matches. I decided to do a change out, and I was absolutely over the mood. BAd makes great stuff, this is a worthwhile uograde.

Paddles are undersized on the top and oversized on the bottom...
(Note: I installed this on an Aero M5 lower.) For an "enhanced" bolt release the paddle on top is pretty small. It doesn't have a footprint much larger than a standard release. (I think the hole in the center makes it look larger and is deceptive.) Worst thing is that the bottom paddle sticks down far enough that it rubs on extended, ambidextrous magazine releases. Only the slop in the mechanisms keeps them from hanging up on one another. So, like the title said, the paddles are undersized on top and oversized on the bottom.
Other than that is works to prevent an AR10 bolt from going forward on an empty magazine.

- Good texturing on the paddles
Cons:
- Very small upper paddle
- Lower paddle sticks down too far
Best Used for:
- Lowers without extended, ambi mag release
