Time tested solid stock. - B5 Systems Sopmod Stock - Govt Version

What can I say? It's a solid gen 1 SOPMOD stock.
Wether you are building a block 1 clone pr just want a good stock with batt storage this will do the trick. Excellent cheek weld and rubber butt pad softens recoil.
I only gave it 4 stars for one reason. It has a little looseness when fully extended. Older molds of this stock are known for a snug fit on USGI reciever extensions. The stock I got fits well but when fully extended has a little wobble. Fully collapsed it is snug. Tried it out on 2 Colt buffer tubes and 2 BCM buffer tubes and fit was the same on all. Build date on my stock is 2021. The mold for these stocks have been around for nearly 2 decades. Like plastic model kits molds over time "wear out". Wobble isn't bad on mine but is noticeable when compared to my Gen 2 enhanced SOPMOD stock.
Just keep that in mind when ordering.
