Most Helpful Positive Review Time tested solid stock.
What can I say? It's a solid gen 1 SOPMOD stock. Wether you are building a block 1 clone pr just want a good stock with batt storage this will do the trick. Excellent cheek weld and rubber butt pad softens recoil. I only gave it 4 stars for one reason. It has a little looseness when fully extended. Older molds of this stock are known for a snug fit on USGI reciever extensions. The stock I got fits well but when fully extended has a little wobble. Fully collapsed it is snug. Tried it out on 2 Colt buffer...

Solid stock for my M4 build

If you're building an M4 SOPMOD clone, this is the stock you want. No manufacturer markings and a solid, direct fit onto a mil-spec buffer tube. 10/10 would definitely recommend.

B5 makes quality gear that obviously apparently. Most I know love their stocks. At any given range most are ruining these stocks.

Great product, but doesn’t come with the qd point

I just assumed these all came with the qd female insert. You know what assumed means! Of course it doesn’t! But five buck’s and some JB Weld for insurance and it does now! I should have looked closer! My bad. Five stars if not for that! The good thing is, it ended up cheaper this way! lol!

Great Stock

This is a great stock. I was disappointed that the circle on the bottom that is supposed to be a sling swivel is not. Purchasing one to install, but it should already be on there instead of just a plastic circle.

B5 Systems SOPMOD Government Stock

The B5 Systems SOPMOD stock fit and construction is very good. There is a reason many Military Units use this stock on their rifles. It fit almost too perfectly on a Premium Geissele six position buffer tube. It is much tighter than the Colt M-4A1 stock so it dose not move as much. The Govt version has the B5 logo left blank. The stock does have storage spaces but the caps are very tight and difficult to take off by hand. That also means that they will not fall out and get lost. This stock may not fit well on all buffer tubes if they are under sized and will not fit Commercial tubes or thicker sized round tubes such as the Tapco T-6 buffer tube. I am very impressed with it and this stock is worth the high price. In this case you get what you pay for.
