Badger Ordnance dead level
I got tired of the balancing act that would take place when attempting to level a scope while it was mounted to my rifle. No more matching two unlevel bubbles and ending up with.... you guessed it, an unlevel scope!!!! I highly recommend this if you’re one of those that demands perfection!!! I know it seems like a lot of $ to level a scope, just buy it.... you’ll thank me.
Badger Ordnance Dead Level
Great idea. It would be much better if the weight was increased, had non skid feet installed and had finer adjustment on the leveling screws. The light weight and hard feet make keeping it in place difficult, but it does work if your very gentle with scope alignment.

Badger Ordnance Dead Level
The Badger Dead Level arrived in good time and excellent condition. It was also bought at a good price. It is constructed very well and does level the scope very easily. I also feel that it is a good tool, in addition to its original purpose to easily mount a scope, to determine if lapping of the rings and bedding the scope bases are necessary. I would recommend this tool to other home gunsmiths.

So much easier then trying level your rifle, just level the platform and mount your scope accordingly.

Was not calibrated
The bullseye level on the Badger Dead Level wasn't matching a Starrertt I used to check it out with. I managed to get the screws loose by soaking them for days in Kroil and it was almost to strip. I adjusted it and believe it's true now. I didn't think I should have to endure such.

Dead level
Dead level is awesome. User friendly and simple. Takes all the “guesswork” out of the equation.

Great product!
Makes short work of leveling your optics, recommend purchasing a laser level with cross hairs to make life easier. Set up is very easy and says stable on a solid surface. Wish I would have found this earlier.
