Not accurate - Ballistic Advantage Premium .223 Wylde Barrel

I've tried this barrel with 55 gr, 62 gr, 77gr, with a premium scope. I've torqued the barrel nut to 40 lbs, tried the scope on another (known accurate) rifle. I get 3MOA at best. Sometimes it groups at 1.5moa, but could be a random fluke. My particular barrel is either a lemon, or the 'advantage' isn't that..
