Excellent Ammo!
After extensive research, this 70 grain bullet is the best. Most people think 5.56 is too light for hogs. With well placed vital shots, all hogs go down. The TSX bullet performs outstanding in a 1-7 twist barrel. Definitely worth it!
Great for deer hunting
Bought these to hunt with my Ar , have shot a couple of deer already and down they go with no tracking you can’t beat that.
Pros:
- Deadly on game
Cons:
- None
Best Used for:
- Hunting mid size game
Would recommend: Yes

flat shooting hunting ammo
Best hunting ammo this far through my 5.56 . 70grain and designed to penetrate and expand while ripping through boar hide, tissue and bone.
Ammo should be nicknamed “bone crusher”. Much more potent than any of the other 5.56 NATO ammo i have used. Flat on range for precision up to 300 yrds(i haven’t tried further). If you are one who likes rapid fire, dumping clip and clip—this ammo may not be for you bc of It’s price.,

Consistent Ammo
I’m getting an avg of 2630 fps out of an 11.5 with an SD of 15. There is an outlier here and there for a single SD of 25, but 2600fps out of an 11.5 is hot. Make sure your chamber is rated for .223 wylde or 5.56 nato. Compared to 77gr black hills it’s about .25-.5 moa less accurate, but it carries energy farther due to the higher velocity. If you are shooting pigs, this is your bullet.
Pros:
- Consistent, accurate, and effective.
Cons:
- Not as accurate as SMK, but more effective.
Best Used for:
- hunting

Very Accurate
I’ve been very impressed with the accuracy and precision of this particular cartridge. I bought it for whitetail hunting as I wanted a low recoiling load for my son to shoot. I plan to buy more in the future.
