I purchased my ghost 420 last spring i been hunting with bows for 35 years.I shot 2 shots this year while hunting whitetail in P.A. were i live. The first shot was a doe at 32 yards it never had time to move the arrow had a complete pass threw before it could flinch.It ran 10 yards an fell over. Then 2 weeks later i killed my buck it . At 20 yards it was over in seconds. I couldn't be anymore impressed with a crossbow.I would never dream of shooting a deer at 70 yards but with my ghost i can hit a golfball size target every time at 70.It may seem like alot of money but when you spend months planning an scouting an all the weeks an hours for 1 shot. I know the end result when i touch my trigger.The scope is amazing an i couldn't ask for a smoother trigger. This thing is a death machine.An never put your thumb above the hand guard. I was on the moutain one day an was stopped by another hunter while walking out.He was shooting his crossbow in an forgot to keep his thumb below the rail an it cut it clean off at the first joint. My hand guard was twice the size as his wicked ridge. He said he was really embarrassed to tell me but dont want that to happen to anyone. So no matter what you shoot please Becareful.
