30mm Red Dot Scope
I purchased this scope for my son at the recommendation of a new employee at a gun shop in order to save a few dollars. After only 3 hours of use on a .22 cal rifle, the scope died completely. I had extra batteries on hand, but nothing. I would NOT suggest this scope to anyone that shoots!!!!

BARSKA 5 M.O.A Red Dot
The Barska 30mm red dot is an affordable item if you should "need" one.
However, the sight reflects too much light from indoor lighting as well as
outdoor lighting causing me to be distracted and lose my focus.
I only give the item 2 stars because of its affordability other than that I would not recommend it to anyone
even if you were to m Mount it on to a Nerf gun.

Barska red dot
Put it on my AR. Zeroed it in using iron sights and released the bolt once. The sight went all the way to the right and will not hold zero. Wasn't even able to get 1 round off and have it hold zero.

Barska red dot Scope
Great scope for the money. It seems like it's very well-built and he has been putting in their ways through the paces It is being used on the AR airsoft gun that my son uses. He is extremely happy with it.

Good red dot for the money
Not a bad reticle overall for the money. However it is about as heavy as a brick but if you can get past that it seems nice and sturdy. A nice fairly crisp dot. I mounted it to my Mossberg 500 and it handles the recoil well. Again not the best out there, but for the money spent I feel it is very worth it. Better than some in the same price range I have owned. Don't expect an aim point and you should be very happy with it.

Cracked
Got it zeroed pretty quickly on my 12gauge, then put 40 or so rounds down range. Slugs. On the last shot the dot went high and left suddenly. Cracked the reflecting mirror on the inside. Says its for use on shotguns, I'm in contact with Barska now, we'l see how this warranty works out.

Barska red dot on my muzzleloader...
I bought the CVA mounting base for my in-line .50 cal. but the scope is so compact that it wasn't long enough to use with these particular mounts, so I used the Barska red dot scope on my .357 mag. handgun instead. It works great! Optics planet shipped them to me very promptly, and I had the order in time for my hunt! Thanks for the great service Optics Planet!
