Will it get you down the road? Yes. Will it win any glamour awards? Doubtful. The glass is very OK. And it's not the easiest scope to look through, some fish eye at the higher magnifications. You have to move your head around some to see what you are pointed at. But for me, it's just fine. I am not birding or trying to see our Space Force base on the moon, though. All I need is to see the strike of the round on a paper target down range to about 200'. For that, it functions just right. As long as you don't expect to much from this, it won't let you down. It comes with a soft case and a hard case, plus a small handy tripod and 2 lens covers. If you are buying a spotting scope for the range, it's ok. Serious long range precision clarity stuff is probably too much to expect. But for the price, I can't really complain.
