barska rimfire scope 3-9x32
This scope is just what I wanted for on my semi-auto 22lr. I don't need to impress myself by spending lots of bucks
to but something fancy. I'm 74yrs. and started shooting when I was 5yrs. old. I sighted my rifle in at about 10 - 12 yds, and the first group of ten shots could be covered with a nick...

Lifetime warranty is a joke!
This scope was great when I got it in 2010. I don't use the rifle but a few times a year at the range. Never taken it in the woods. Took it out this summer to have some fun and it is cloudy. Contacted Barska for supposed lifetime warranty. They require you to send in a warranty fee of $20 for return...

Barska 3-9x32 Plinker-22 Rifle Scope
A good scope for what I use it for. Mounted on a Kimber Model 82 Gov't .22 single-shot rifle. I shoot paper targets at 50 yards - shot a one-hole group. The glass is really clear and undistorted. Adjustments work well. I tap the turrets with the plastic end of my screwdriver after an adjustment to re-seat the optics internally. Really good scope for the money. Probably not as sturdy as a Leupold, but good enough for me.
Pros:
- Price and install ease
Cons:
- None
Best Used for:
- Plinking & fun

Perfect scope and price for what I needed
I love this scope. it gives my old eyes not only additional eye relief distance, it allows a variable zoom. took it out to the range for the first time to zero it in. I think I got there pretty fast considering i had no special set-up to be sure i was extra steady. And I really appreciated the help OpticsPlanet customer reps gave me to help me select the right scope for my needs and very importantly, would fit my very old rifle.
Pros:
- eye relief
- Magnification and versitility
- Simple & easy installation
Cons:
- None for me
Best Used for:
- Plinking & target practice

Barska Rimfire Rifle Scope.
Nice, smaller profile rimfire scope with good optics and reticle. Comes with 3/8” dovetail or rail type mounts, included. Though I switched these nice mounts out for see thru type mounts, when I mounted it to the rifle. After mounting of the scope, I laser bore sighted it. Very nice scope. I highly recommend it.

Rossi plinker rifle
I just got my son this Rossi plinker .22 rifle for Christmas this past year. I could not find any plinker scopes for his rifle around our area. Order it here came pretty quick. Set up was super easy and zeroing was not bad either. Perfect little plinker scope for your rifle.

we will se what Barska does
First 3 shots with the scope were 14” left, not enough windage adjustment to bring it to the bull. My friend has the same scope, put it on my rifle and it shoots fine. We will see how Barska responds. Hopefully the do the right thing!!!

Was feeling lucky
I'd read enough reviews to know this Barska was a gamble, with rants as well as raves, but mine is not a winner, at least compared to my other rimfire scope, a 4x Weaver, which cost only $50 more. The clarity of the Barska is only fair, but my big disappointment is with the powering. The view is OK at a setting of 9x but declines precipitously between 9 and 3, with 5x being the lowest setting at which the target is not distorted. I've awarded the Barska two stars for its ability to hold zero, which so far (300 rounds and counting) is excellent. No problems there or with the adjustment knobs, though care must be taken with the clunky knob covers lest the threads be stripped. Despite these complaints, I'm not giving up entirely on the Barska and will continue to use it with a Marlin 60 equipped with a bipod for target shooting at distances of 100 yards or more; the 9x setting is adequate for that purpose. However, though I enjoy budget products that do the job and know there are plenty of satisfied Barska users, I don't expect to purchase another such scope.

Barska Plinker 22 scope
I have 3 of these now, 2 are on .22mags and one on a .223 BLR lightning. Nice scope for the money. I like the compact size, and set them up w/ see thru rings on the lever actions, for needed hammer clearance. Recommemded.

Decent scope for the Price
I bought this for my Marlin 39 Lever action rifle. Fits the rifle fine and looks very good. Easy to zero and very accurate. Only problem is that it does not take much to knock off its zero. For example with the M39a is a take down rifle and to disassemble the rifle it takes a few good smacks to take it apart. That is enough to affect the zero. Other than that its pretty good.
Pros: Price, clarity, ease of set up
Cons: not rugged
