Toy quality

The elevation adjuster on the tripod was broken when it arrived at my house. The clarity of the scope is terrible. Not impressed at all with this spotting scope. I know you don't get much in this price range but this thing is just terrible.

entry level scope

It's not a bad scope for the money. Is OK up to about a 100 yd. At long distances it looks like you are looking through clouds. Sharp focus but just not clear. Rugged, looks good, comes packeged well.

Features do not match quality

I mainly bought this scope for the large objective (more light=better clarity) and low price point. However, viewing is problematic throughout the magnification range. The viewing shortcomings are amplified when the scope is mated with the lightweight stiff adjusting tripod. If you're serious about your glass pay a bit more for a tried & true brand.

Clarity issues

Junk! You can barely see your target hits at the range. The clarity is terrible at 300 yds. Forget going beyond that. It will work fine at 100 and 200 yds but then again I can use my scope for those distances. The glass is poor and you will struggle to see at 300yds and beyond. In addition the tripod is plastic and flimsey. I had to tie on a heavy weight (10 lbs) to help stabilize the equipment. I got what I paid for.

It's time to try and sell this on ebay and upgrade!

Barska 30-90x90 Colorado Spotting Scope

The pipe is very good. Pros it is convenient, ergonomic. this tube has a good magnification and field of view. There is a protective cap on the input lens and a protective cover on the output lens. The tripod is not reliable, the locking mechanisms are weak. When the clamping is strong, the sink to the side is carried out.

Disappointing. Doesn’t focus with clarity. The more zoom, the worse it gets. Tripod was cheap and nasty. The problem with online purchases is you can’t try before you buy. Real shops should get a tax break. Could I send it back?maybe. Should I? Definitely. Could I be bothered, We’ll see

Excellent scope, Great value. Shipped extremely quick. Would highly recommend. Both the scope and stand arrived in a nice black zippered pouch. The scope has great clarity and I have used it successfully so far out to 300 yards.

Tripod arrived broken.

The overall quality of the optics on this scope are acceptable but not outstanding. That being said, it does work. The tripod arrived broken but was of such poor quality that I do not wish to get a replacement. Since I have other tripods I will just use them.

The Barska Spotting Scope 30-90x90 Package is a good deal.

The scope is very lightweight, easy to focus, and presents a clear picture. The canvas case is too small, making placement or removal of the scope difficult. The plastic cover for the scope's objective lens is not well made and proved to be useless. The tripod is well made and sturdy at full extension, however, when the legs are fully retracted it is too tall to allow use of the scope from a shooting bench.

Barska 30-90x90 Spotting Scope

I use the spotting scope when target shooting and I am very satisfied with the clarity and viewing the accuracy of my shots. I can spot my targets easily at 100 yards and even up to 200 yards or more. I am very satisfied with the product and would recommend it to anyone that would want a great product.
