Wall safe arrived quickly and reasonably well packaged. No chips or scratches worth noting. Appears very solid and well constructed. Electronic locking mechanism works seamlessly. Instructions were good and installation was not difficult - finding the right location on a wall with space behind it was the hardest part. Six lag bolts provided worked effectively to mount the safe permanently to the wall. Little gray carpet for one shelf is a little lame, but easily changed out. Shelves are removable (although not moveable). Two provided keys work as expected.
