A lot of scope for the money - Barska 5-20x50 Benchmark Rifle Scope, Side Parallax, Mil-Dot Reticle

05/25/14 - This is an excellent value for the money. First focal plane reticle, 30mm tube, 50mm input, adjustable parallax it's loaded... I dont have a beef with the exit pupil diam, it meest advertised specs. I've mounted this scope on a new (never-fired) Remington 783 chambered in the 7mm rem-mag, using two Weaver (48035) top mount bases and a set of Blackhawk (71TR16BK) 6-hole tactical rings I'll be setting this rifle up for long range shots +500yds. Unboxing and inspecting, I can tell this is a very capable scope that meets all the advertised specs. Glass is good. It's not Burris/Nightforce quality but for less than $300 it is an absolute steel. After barrel conditioning I'll comment on accuacy. Heck, it came with a nice slip-on lens cover w/see through plasic caps. for the money it meets all my expectations. Read the specs and if you comapare features with other scopes you will find this scope hard to beat at twice the cost. It matches the rifle perfectly.
