Exactly what I was looking for.
It's the perfect length for my barrel and muzzle devise. It is a little heavier that what I was hoping for but I'm talking ounces. It looks good and completes my upper nicely. I'm still not sure I'm sold on having the 4 points of railing up close, but I could see how it would be a convenient place to mount a flashlight or lazer.
Mid tier quality
The rail is very light, almost to the point of “airsoft” quality. Will do the trick if you’re getting it painted, but it’s coloring is way darker and shinier than a standard black upper receiver. Optics planet shipped fairly fast.

Hand guard
This is a small and light weight and easy to install hand guard. It looks great on the short pistols. I recommend getting one. It’s sleek design makes it easy to hold onto. The color is a shiny gloss black and it matched nicely.
