I have been shooting for nearly fifty years and I purchased the 8-32x50 AO Varmint Riflescope, Black Matte Range Finding Graph Reticle AC11320 and put it on a 17 hmr.I have tried other low cost scopes on this rifle but was always able to outshoot the scope. This scope meets all my needs at all distances. From 100 yards to 400 yards this scope with the range finding graph is perfect. Setup is simple, focus and zoom are quick and easy to find targets in open range pastures. Targets in the shade at full zoom are a little darker but still clear enough to see and shoot.

Review for Barska 8-32 x 50 Varmint retical Riflescope
As quick to set up as more expensive rifle scopes. Has held zero for approx 150 shots to date. Light transmission a little shaded at consistent higher magnification and intermittent sun light flashes. Otherwise as good as budget optics and scope detail allow. Competative for the outlay. Easily useable for for target work in daylight. Can be utilised for hunting in low light. Competative for budget item.

Good value
I really enjoyed my new scope while hunting this year. Worked great! THe only thing I have a problem with is a slight haze ring around the outside of he optics. Could be something I am doing wrong. Overall great scope for a great price.

Not bad!
Overall value is good. I would like a little better information on how to use the range finder! enclosed information is somewhat vague. I will recommend this scope as a long range target/hunting scope!
Pros: positive elevation and windage settings, low power is clear
Cons: high power is somewhat dark, but expected,eye relief somewhat picky.
