The biometric safe I was looking for!
Bought one to keep my pistols safe from children and thieves, is the best bargain you can find on the market. Sturdy, perfectly built, can be attached to wall/floor or forniture. Enough space to keep stored 10+ pistols. First, light advise you when the safe is open and after a minute also an acoustic signal. Read your fingers accurate and fast, after around 200 openings, no one wrong reading. I would purchase it again!

Handgun safe
This small safe is good for having quick access to home protection tools. The fingerprint scanner work ok. It takes a few readings for the scanner to become familiar with the print. Once the scanner begins to be familiar with a fingerprint it works ok. The safe is somewhat lightweight. We will be securing this to a table. Otherwise, a thief could easily carry the safe away.

Great Securing Safe
First it should benoted that this is not afire safe. No resistat materialsin the walls. Nor is it a burglary safe. Nice locks, but with theright tools, it is openable. HOWEVER, if you want to prevent common snatch and grab, protect keys, semin-important papers, standardcameras, ipads,etc. , this a great safe. Large enough to hold almost all of the above (all at once). IBarske fingerprint ID is remarkable. It is amazing to be able to get this kind of security at this price. I own several Barska safes, for different rooms, or different purposes. They are unfailingly accurate, no false positives, nor false negatives. I highly recommend them.
P.S. there is an especially cool one that sits in a drawer and has the top tilt up hydrolically.

Bio metric safe
This safe is my main go to safe for quick access of my fire arms without having to punch combination codes or using a flashlight to see what numbers or letters you are entering to get your safe open at night, only downside the door rattle as you press the button to read your bio print but that could be over come by your dog barking where an intruder cannot hear you opening your safe or by putting some weather stripping around the edges of the door.Got this product when it was on sale. Shipping was quick.

Not a bad little safe
I purchased this safe about 4 years ago so I've had it long enough to speak a little bit about how it holds up. Like the title says, it's not a bad little safe. Have only had the battery go out on me once since I got it and it gives you ample warning (beep beep beep) - I've switched it to 'silent mode' where it does not beep when it registers my fingerprint just in case I don't need my whereabouts known as I've placed this into my nightstand for easy access.

Good for me but....
I ordered this safe for storage of two hand guns and other valuables. While I was very impressed with Iptics Planet's customer service, I am disappointed with one thing about the safe. After I programmed my prints and operated it a few times, I was quite impressed. But when came time to take my wife's prints, no matter what we did, it did not work. I can program one more print for me successfully, then it will reject hers again.. with hind sight, I wish i ordered the one with both biometrics and combo lock.
