Good for the price - Barska Rifle Scope Rings

You can pay a whole lot more and get a slightly better scope mount -- but is the difference worth it? In my opinion it probably is only if you're talking about a $1200 scope -- otherwise this is more than adequate.
Pros: reasonable quality for the price
Cons: none
