Biometrics doesn't work well at all - Barska Standard Biometric Gun Safe

I purchased the Barska after reading many reviews that said the biometrics were very good. I bought 2 of the smaller models and they work great. This model just doesn't work well at all. It can take 7 or 8 attempts before it will open. The first safe came in and the door was mis-aligned so the door would not open without me pulling very hard on the door. The biometrics did not work very well on the first safe I received either. So after spending $25.00 to ship it back I decided it was not worth another $25.00 to return it again so I just use the key pad.
Pros: Key pad on front
Cons: Biometrics only work once in a while
