Not what I'd hoped for
My criteria was simple:
To be able to see clearly for a half block to a block minimum
To be able to make out license plates and faces
To see reasonably well in low light
Ease of use
High eye relief
These did not meet my needs other than ease of use and high eye relief. With a tripod they might be better. I often have to look out of one eye to see at all well.
I wear trifocals and realize that may make it a bit more difficult. Also, I've not used binoculars much so I have nothing to compare with. But I was not happy with these.
Pros: Nice looking, well made, clear view, inexpensive
Cons: shakey view, not good distance
