Included bolts are too long
I wish I'd read the reviews here before purchasing this mount. Now I have a MRO that's a paperweight.
I tried installing the mount on my MRO and there was a noticeable gap between the base of the optic and the mount. As the bolts had been somewhat tight from the very start, I attempted to tighten them further in order for the mount to sit flush. Two of the bolts broke immediately, and a third broke when i was trying to extract it from the mount.
I contacted B.A.D. customer service (appropriate acronym btw) and they asked me to send the unit to them so they could repair it or replace if th...

Mount moves on rail, no response from BAD?
MRO went on fine and didn't have to use the washers/shims. However I can't seem to tighten/torque the mount itself to rail? Tried a couple other guns with and without cerakote and still moving forward and backward. Any tighter and I'm going to snap the head off the bolt, been there and done that before. I've emailed them a couple times to see if there is a simple solution....no answer. Love their stuff but no service behind the product is no bueno for me. I know we are ALL busy but seriously answer a freaking email Francis?!
Pros:
- Looks good on the web?
Cons:
- Doesn't work as intended
Best Used for:
- Throwing at my neighbors dogs

light weight small mount
Fit nice and snug to my MRO. its super lightweight but still mounts to the sight and my rifle firmly. i was a little hesitant with some of the other reviews but took a chance anyways. im very happy with it.

Fit and finish perfect
fit and finish perfect. None of the bolt issues I've seen in other reviews, and this was an improvement over the full co-witness riser that came from Trijicon which the bolts kept stripping.
It looks great too.

Nice mount, bad quality
I received this mount today and went to mount it, like one other reviewer said, the screws would only go in a few turns before becoming tight. I should have checked better, but assumed Battle Arms had just put some thread locker on them, and one of the screws broke off still inside my scope. BAD sent a return shipping label and would "try" to extract the broken screw, but might have to drill it out. Still waiting to see how that turns out. Overall, the mount looks and feels good, but their quality control needs work.

A little disappointed
The mount looks great and mounted up snugly, but there was an issue with the mounting screws... They would only go in a few turns before becoming tight. I had to use a tap to clean out the threads, but they still didn't go in smoothly.. not sure if screws provided were the right thread.. they were too small to see with my eyes.. The scope did eventually tighten to this mount, but for the money I spent for the mount and Trijicon scope, there should not be this issue..
Pros:
- None
Cons:
- Screws provided did not thread easily
Best Used for:
- Trijicon MRO red dot scope

Lightweight mount
This mount is extremely small and lightweight. Despite that It's well built and solid on the rail. I would compare it to the similarly priced mount from SLR rifleworks. That mount has more exposed threads underneath the optic that I'm not crazy about. The BAD is more protected and has sharper corners and edges. I think this mount would look even better paired with an aim point vs. the fugly but effective trijicon MRO.
