Bushnell Master Tripod 60" 784010
Design of pan control arm makes use of this tripod with binoculars very workable. A really good value for the money. Light construction of this tripod does limit the size and weight of scopes and binoculars supported.
Pros: Similar in design and operation to much more expensive video tripods. Very suitable for use with binoculars.
Cons: A little stiff until broken in.
Not durable
Received my first one for Christmas. The retention plate broke in the first month. A ordered a second one and it came with the plate already broken in exactly the same spot. No heavy use - just a spotting scope used indoors.

Bushnell Master Tripod 60"
This is a good tripod for the money. It is pretty stable. My 20-60 x 80mm spotting scope might be a little heavy for it but it worked for me at the range.
