Very nice sterile syringe & needle for the price. You'll have to attach the needle when you open the single item sterile pouch. There is both a needle cap and a sterile guard that snaps on the needle when you're finished (extra safety precaution which I love so you won't have to ever recap the needle but be able to trash it safely).
Pros: Sterile, Safety Shield
Cons: Needle does not come per-installed on the syringe
