Support,absolute worst. Glad I bought from Optics Planet. worked good for 28 days. Greenbeam would not return emails or calls. Optics planet refunded my money. Bought an Aimshot instead. overpriced pointer w/o weapon utility
I've messed with this product for about a year and a half now and have been through several batteries. I've tried both the picatinny rail mount and barrel mount on several ARs and AKs to no avail. The closest I can get the dot to point of impact at 15 yards is about 18 inches. If you're shooting across the bedroom at 3 yards maybe its 7-9 inches off. It wont point straight no matter where or how I mount it or on which gun. The green laser might be brighter but the battery life is shorter than red. Plus green is not as reliable in colder weather. Green visibility is superior when it works. The pressure switch requires southern ingenuity to mount and hefty deliberation to activate. The switch is too small and too awkward to mount. This is just an overpriced laser pointer, not a weapon sight.

Excellent product
Originally bought the Beamshot GB800, however it malfunctioned after extream M4 usage. Contacted Quiron direct, they explained that this unit is reliable for home or hunting conditions. However my requirements are much more extreme. They explained that the GB2000 would more than meet my requirements. Customer service was excellent. Turn around time was superb. If you have a JOB that requires hard usage you can't go wrong with this unit. And for those that had issues with beamshot, you have to be respectful, and truthful.

Awesome Unit
This unit is great! I have a friend that have used the same unit in Iraq and Afghanistan for 3 tours and no problems. I just bought mine and the windage and elevation adjustments are by far the best I've seen out there.
