nice step up from steel
7.62 is easily the most affordable big round to shoot these days. For the price of .223 , wholes almost 3x as big! I’ve been running steel, mostly because I can but I have a new upper I’d like to break in, so I got some brass to do that. The price was too good to pass up. These rounds load, chamber, and shoot smooth as butter. Nice tight groups too. Don’t buy them all now- leave some for me.
A great alternative and reliable competitor
I originally bought this ammo elsewhere due to limited availability at the time, but can testify that it is a very consistent, accurate and reliable product based on my experience with two different AR platforms. It is a bit more expensive than other comparable brass ammo (thus 4 stars instead of 5), but it it does perform surprisingly like one would expect from a premium round. Would certainly recommend the Belom as a serious target or defense round. Some buyers do not like the nonconventional packaging, but for me that's not in the rating equation.

Nice Ammunition
High quality ammunition at an affordable price. Neatly packaged in a durable weather resistant container. Good shot groups at 75 yards. Brass casings are well made. I would definitely consider buy it again.

Get Some Now
After repeated malfunctions in my Ruger Mini 30 using Wolf and Tula ammo, I found Belom. Hello brass! Hello good sealed primers. Hello lead and copper bullets. Yowza. No more misfires or “light strikes” on the primers. Feed like butter, and they all go Toom-yow! Good groups too. Finally found the ammo for my rifle.

Gold standard
For 7.62x39mm - Igman and Belom are two of the best in terms of ballistics performance. You cannot go wrong with this ammo. Brass cases are reloadable. Other good stuff is Barnaul but hard to find. Every time I see Igman or Belom or any ammo produced in the former Yugoslavia areas - it is an immediate buy.

Godd value
This is a good value and good product, reasonably priced. Looking forward to sending the bullets downstream for practice. The specifications and reviews all say this is a good product. I used 30 bullet banana shaped magazines using a pro-mag autoloader. Amaxing how fast these shells load without any problem. Once the parts are put together strongly suggest screwing loader (4pts) to 3/4" ppieces of plywood and then screwing smaller piece of plywood it into hard surface to eliminate wabling of loader. Keeping the loader already screwed into smaller piece of plywood allows you to quickly sevure it to other piece when using. I store the loader and plywood with my other gun supplies.

belom ammo
Nice quality ammo on sale too even better nice quality boxes they come in too wont break open even if bounced around during shipping brass cases fire very nicly these dont have alot of muzzle flash as other ammo i used 5 star ammo

Buy here and save money!
I was at Sports.... warehouse and the ammo is going for $19.99 I don't know about you buy, that's very overpriced. Thank God for opticsplanet to save the day! I could not believe that, plus you have to think about the city sales tax.

Accurate ammo
Best groupings with my yugo sks,great price too.Will be getting more.love that it is brass and shoots pretty clean burning.Found optics planet a great experience especially with the free shipping.used this to sight in my sms.
