Solid survival knife - Benchmade Adamas Folding Knife w/ 3.82" Blade by Shane Sibert

This is a heavy knife, but that solidity gives you confidence in this folder. The folded blade retention is weak, however this makes it much easier to flip open when pulling back on the blade lock. The positioning of the pocket clip and the blade seems to make it pretty unlikely for the blade to actually open in your pocket even with the weak retention considering the length of the blade and how much room you have in your pocket. Overall, if you have been eyeing this knife or looking for a solid big folder, get this knife, you won't be disappointed!
Pros: Solid, thick blade, strong blade lock, molle pouch, sharp out of the box.
Cons: Folded blade retention is weak
