Best all around knife
Benchmade griptillian tanto knife is super sharp and always carry a great edge! Have always carried a knife and use on a daily basis for the past 45 yrears.Have gone through a lot of knifes either worn them out or lose some.Purchased my first Benchmade couple yrs ago yes they are worth the money but it got lost during my travels.Replace immediately with the Benchmade tonto without hesitation. Very comfortable and reliable for daily use.I have been doing business with Optic Planet very reliable company great prices and fast delivery.

griptillian with tanto blade
this is my second griptillian, lost the first. best quality and support of any mass produced knife I have owned. This knife grip has a texture that retains friction in wet and cold environments, yet is still comfortable in the hand. Blade comes extremely sharp and hold an edge. If Benchmade makes the knife that fulfills my needs, I will buy from them

Its a very nice knife
I love it! My first Benchmade and the first expensive knife I've ever purchased. Ive been watching these knifes for years. I'm glad I purchased this knife. Its great for EDC. I've not cut much but its a very sharp blade out the box.

Griptilian
Benchmade can't be beat. There is some excellent knife options out their, but their folding knives are my favorite. I ordered this knife as a Christmas present for my Dad, as I already had one. He is a pipeline technician in the oilfield, and he carried an old Gerber that was dull as butter knife and had a broken tip. I got him this, because it will stand up to hard everyday use. The steel is excellent, holds edge for a long time, easy to sharpen with the right system, and I love the handle material. This knife is just big enough for for large tasks, but not to large for EDC. Get one and you won't be disappointed.
