Beretta quality - perfect fit - Beretta 92 Series Muzzle Brake

I considered purchasing one of these when I first purchased my 92XI. I shopped for this product on Beretta's website, and they were "out of stock". I then went to Optics Planet to purchase a metal guiderod to replace the cheesy plastic guiderod that came on my new 92XI, and lo and behold, Optics Planet had this product in stock. I then put it on my 92XI, and it was literally a perfect fit. The comp is relieved to take up the gap between the barrel threading and the frame. So, there might be a millimeter difference. I also purchased some additional lighter springs, recoil springs, and will start with the 11.5 lbs spring and go down from there. I've read that the comp requires a lighter spring, so we'll see. The 11.5 lbs spring sure makes it easier to rack the slide compared to the 13 lbs OEM spring that came on the 92XI. Thanks to Optics Planet for having it in stock, good prices, and fast shipping!
