Slow delivery

I had ordered this item with plenty of time before Christmas as a gift for my husband. It did not arrive until January. I was so disappointed plus having to make a phone call in the middle time period to check status. I couldn't believe how long this order took. It will make me think twice from order from your website in the future. Nice product though! Husband was very happy to receive it.
