Beretta Optic Plate
Optics Planet came through as always... It's a factory optic plate, that is out of stock at Beretta USA. Of coarse it fit perfect and mounted a Holosun 407C on it. The shipping label was not only cut, but actually at the post office a few hours after purchase. They gave me a veterans discount, and definitely recommend them as a place to buy your firearm supplies.

Screws didn’t fit
The mount fit in place but the screws are only long enough to mount the plate and not accommodate the dot sight above it. Contacted Baretta but no response.

Expensive in cost and cheap in quality plate. You can see visible light through gaps at the forward end of the plate between the RDO-to-plate and the plate-to-slide interfaces.
It does allow a Holosun 507C to co-witness with the APX A1 suppressor height sights.
An inexpensive APX A1 becomes not so inexpensive. Really disappointed in Beretta not offering this cheap plate with the APX A1 to begin with, much less charging this much for it, even though Optics Planet has the best price.

Perfect fit for 92X Centurion
Solid fit on a Beretta 92X Centurion. Used the Leupold DeltaPoint Pro model. Mounted a Vortex Defender-ST. Only have a couple of hundred rounds through the set up but all seems solid.

Came without screws
The plate seems to be typical Beretta quality, however, it came without mounting screws. OP said they would contact Beretta to get screws directly to me, but nothing has happened yet. I’m going to return it for credit.
