Caution on Install instructions
The installation instructions include the following steps:
- Using a small rod, punch or small screw driver, insert the tool into the ports so it protrudes completely through both sides of the brake. - Hand tighten the brake with the tool
I followed these instructions with a small screw driver and with very little force, the screw driver chipped the blued steel on both side of the break on the edge of the port. I don't believe that it will effect the function of the brake, but there are now a couple of cosmetic silver chips on 2 of the ports.
Just wanted to let folks know before they install to use something more padded to protect from chipping.
