Most Helpful Positive Review Exactly what I was looking for!
I looked at all the local shops, cataloge and for days on the net, then I saw this from Optics Planet. I have a comparable rig from Galco for my 9mm, and it cost a lot more! I like where the pistol rides and the fast accessability to your gun. And the shipping was the ace for me-FREE! Roger NE,I...

Most Helpful Negative Review Bianchi 105 Minimalist Holster
This holster was purchased for concealed weapon use. It was appealing because it was smaller than a competitor, and the price was a little less. Those points were obliterated once I began using the product. The holster has an O-ring retaining device to secure the weapon. It is complete...

Bianchi Minimalist

by Frank, from OH, United States Written on August 16, 2019
This holster fits my Sig P365 like it was made for it. I cut off the rubber retention ring because it isn't needed with this style holster. The quality and workmanship on the holster are very good. Optics Planet was quick to deliver as usual.

Glock 19 Gen 5

by Mfg, from NJ, United States Written on April 13, 2018
Doesn't fit my Glock 19 Gen5. Need to be more specific in compatibility descriptions especially for the most widely used gun in the market. Not very satisfied when Bianchi put out marketing material in Sept 2017 about supporting Glock 19 Gen5 and failed to put any specifics in their 2018 compatibility charts.

PPK/s 22 fits well

by steerclr, from NC, United States Written on August 12, 2015
I had been looking for a holster for my PPK/S .22 and had tried others. I have always had good luck with Bianchi and again I've got a good holster for strong side carry. It fits very well and I do use the retaining "O-ring" over the beaver tail only to retain the gun, not as illustrated over the rear of the slide. I would have given it five stars, but the angle of the butt and top of pistol prints badly under light garments, so if you are looking for a concealed carry holster this may not be for you.

Well made, but does not fit Beretta 84

by Black Jack Shellac, from AL, United States Written on December 15, 2014
I got the Bianchi 105 because the product info said it would fit a Beretta 84. Unfortunately, it does not. It is just too small for the 84. The holster is far too narrow to fit the 84's slide and trigger guard into the holster. It does not cover the trigger as shown in the photo.

On the plus side, it is very well made, the leather is thick and heavy, the finish is good, the stitching is flawless. Bianchi makes a good product.

The 105 holster does, however, fit a much smaller gun; the CZ 52 (7.65mm) and for that alone I will keep it. If you want a holster to fit the Beretta Model 84, buy a Bianchi model 19. That is a very good fit.

I give it 3 stars because it does not work for the purpose stated. But the quality is definitely worth 5 stars.
Pros:
  • well made, durable
Cons:
  • too small for Beretta 84
Best Used for:
  • a smaller pistol, like a CZ 52

Excellent Choice for a Walther PPK/S

by Gus, from ND, United States Written on November 21, 2014
Purchased this holster as a gift for my cousin as he was looking for a CC holster for his PPK/S. Since I already have two of these it was a no brainer. I don't find much use for the hold-down so I just cut that off. I highly recommend this holster for anyone who has a PPK-PPK/S.

Bianchi 105 Minimalist

by John, from SC, United States Written on October 20, 2014
I have a 105 that I use for my Colt and Remington full size 1911s but it didn't fit my new Kimber Ultra. I ordered the 105 that was supposed to fit the Kimber but wasn't sure it was going to actually fit. Well it did. Perfect fit, to bad it isn't made in America. OpticsPlanet also had the best price. Very satisfied and would recommend it for the Kimber Ultra.
Pros:
  • Fit
Cons:
  • None
Best Used for:
  • Kimber Ultra concealed carry

Bianchi 105 Holster

by Legacy Reviewer, Verified Owner from IA, United States Written on April 20, 2013
I attempted to guess which model would best fit my brand and model of pistol, fit seems snug. Not sure I will like the o-ring lock as it gets in the way when holstering the weapon and the attachment strap looks flimsy.
Pros: Small size filts close to the hip
Cons: O-Ring locking strap appears to be weak point

Holster is quite concealable. However rubber oring that secures weapon in holster snags onto rear sight making it very difficult to remove gun from holster.
Pros: concealable
Cons: Rubber oring hangs up on rear sight, making it difficult to draw handgun.0
