Most Helpful Negative Review Bianchi holster for Browning Buckmark
I have very demanding uses for this holster, so I admit my review is a bit harsh. I bought this holster so I could use my Buckmark in rimfire steel target matches. In such a context, retention straps are bad. They make for slow draws. They are a liability when re-holstering since the strap can g...

Took a few minutes to adjust the strap to get the perfect fit
Pros:
  • light weight
Cons:
  • None
Best Used for:
  • Hunting/recreation

Bianchi 7000 AccuMold Sporting Holster

by Nick, Verified Owner from NJ, United States Written on July 8, 2015
The fit for a medium to large revolvers is good. The construction is good but be aware the gun strap is secured at one end to the holster using Velcro on the inside of the belt loop. With this dumb design there is no longer any room remaining to but your belt through the loop. This is one stupid design. You need to find another location to secure the strap to the holster. Take a good look at this before you buy. I secured the strap to the holster on the outside of the belt loop with Velcro.
Pros:
  • Construction is good.
Cons:
  • Method to secure the gun strap to the holster is very poor.
Best Used for:
  • Keeping dust off the gun.

Better than expected

by Tom, from UT, United States Written on January 12, 2014
Was my first holster. Bought for a GP100. Holds it high and comfortable, and seems durable, and protective to guns finish. Sliding onto a wide thick belt is stiff, but doable because of strap interfering in belt opening. Gun fits nicely, but not tightly. Would not want to carry without strap attached. Of course it is a heavy 40+ oz. gun. It is not a fancy leather holster, but for me, I really like it. It does the job very well.
Pros: Light weight, Durable, High Riding, Comfortable
Cons: Velcro strap interferes with sliding on a 1 3/4" belt.

Snug holster for big gun

by Legacy Reviewer, Verified Owner Written on May 5, 2013
I bought this for my Taurus Raging Bull 454 Casull 6.5" because it is longer than needed but fits perfectly the large frame. I only wish they made a 6.5" version. All in all I am very pleased with this holster since most Taurus Raging Bull holsters are leather and I wanted a nylon one like this designed to handle a beefy gun like mine.
Pros: Perfectly molded for large DA revolver
Cons: Doesn't come in all sizes
Would recommend: Yes

Bianchi 7000 AccuMold Sporting Holster

by Legacy Reviewer, Verified Owner Written on April 17, 2013
I love this comfortable no-maintenance molded nylon holster that's easy on the finish of my S&W magnum. The adjustable strap work well for smaller J-frame revolvers but a little short for larger K-frames; a half-inch longer would be better.
Pros: Perfect fit for my K-frame S&W Model-19, and I like the 10 degree forward cant.
Cons: Adjustable strap should be longer for larger revolvers.
