Bianchi Belt is nice
Cushions inside the belt actually help in distributing the weight. In the past my belt was lopsided in terms of weight. I would recommend to anyone!
Pros: Great belt. 100 times more comfortable than leather and more durable.
Cons: You lose a little space on each end due to the loop that holds the belt in place.

I bought the duty belt in the hopes of relieving some of the pain in my back from wearing the non padded duty belt. It has made a positive impact on my shift work,going on for patrols on the client property.

Back Relief
If your current duty rig causes you lower back pain, you need this belt. Much better than the cheapo nylon belts out there. This one is quality built and will last years. It also looks good.
