Great buy if you plan to use with a Glock 22, but avoid if you are going to use it for a Glock 23/19.
Pros: Easy setup; good quality; hidden snaps so as to eliminate anything reflective
Cons: Slides around a bit on a duty belt; the mag pouch is too deep for Glock 23/19, also too tight for immediate use but does loosen up somewhat over time
