Got this mag pouch (31396) to fit my HK VP9 mags to start some IDPA matches. The VP9 mags fit well, have some tension and enough of the mag sticks out for an easy grab. Tension on mags is adjustable. It is priced right as well.

magazine pouch

The ease of drawing the magazine is excellent, only downside of it is if you have a glock series magazine, the magazine catch area from your magazine tend to catch on the hemming. if you're smart enough, you'll fix it with ease. i fixed mine, and now i am proud of it. =)
