Does the job
It's a little pricy, but is worth it if your duty belt sags. The belt fits smoothly under my duty belt, letting my duty belts buckle rest flat. It can be reversed so it shows smooth black nylon instead of velcro loop. It should also be handled so it only is rolled up and put away, i found out the hard way and made wavy bumps in mine from it being stepped on.

Bianchi Duty gear
Bianchi quality, with Optics Planet availability and pricing. Cheapest place I could find a replacement Loop type velcro inner belt. My Safariland was losing it's grip.
Pros: Bianchi designed, quality materials.
Cons: Could probably use double stitching on the nylon around the velcro.
