Fits the XDm Elite 10mm 3.8" perfectly
This holster will also work with a mounted red dot. Plenty of room regardless of which brand red dot is being used. It stays in place when the gun is drawn, and it retains its shape making it very easy to re-holster.
It's worth every penny.
Not what I expected
I run black scorpion for USPSA. So when I saw this holster I expected the same quality of gear. The holster itself is great. Durable and nice fit. The only thing I dont like is the gummy feeling belt clip. It's not even hard plastic it's very mobile.

Perfect fit
This holster is a perfect for both my SDS/Tisas PX-9 and my Springfield XD-M 45 compact. Adjustments are easy and quick for each one. Comfortable in the waistband and a quick draw without hangups. Very smooth. Highly recommend.
