This is an amazing scope for the money for an ar-15.
I believe that these are Weaver scopes that ATK now owns, and Weaver are very good scopes. Thise Blackhawk is very very clear and has a great thin ballistic reticle that doesnt get in the way of view.
These are made in Japan which is where the best scopes are made (besides Germany and the USA)
I bought this at Cabelas on sale for $275 and coudnt be happier. Weaver tacticle (Blackhawk) scopes are fantastic and durable
