RPN's Review of BlackHawk Battle Bag 60BB02
I purchased this bag with the intent of using it as an EDC bag. For me the size is just about perfect. It is about 3/4 the size of my Samsonite leather laptop bag. While this bag is made fairly durable, it is not laid out as well as I had hoped. Its almost like the designer could not decide if he was making a Tactical Load out Bag or a EDC for the average Joe. I wish it had additional small pockets in the interior to purposely hold small items. It only has one small vertical pocket in the interior and it is very generic. If you are going to carry a couple of small notebooks, a small handgun, Flashlight, and other small items this bag may work for you.
I ended up cutting out the elastic 30round magazine retainers in the front compartment. If I wanted a full blown tactical bag with 30 round AR-15 loops there is a never ending selection on the internet. I was looking for something that wouldn't shout TACTICAL as I walk around town. I have had this bag for about two weeks now and have found it to be "OK". While the price was reasonable I may end up getting a Maxpedition bag as an alternative.
