This is a well-built tactical knife made in the USA. The 440C SS blade snaps open and locks solid in the position with no play. It is such a light weight knife for the size that you will forget it's even there in your pocket. The clip is secured to the Zytel handle with two screws and it can be set in four different positions for Right or Left hand and for tip-up or tip-down carry mode.
There are three minor complaints: 1) The knife is a bit too large for EDC, and the way it opens gives appearance of a switch blade to laypersons, thus it may not be a politically correct EDC knife for many civilians in ordinary work places; 2) the liner bar is somewhat difficult to operate to release the lock; and 3) even the street price is still steep for the blade steel of 440C. For the price, I would like to have the blade made of 154CM, ATS-34 or similar premium stainless tool steel.
