Old former Deputy Sheriff making transition from leather W / thumb breaks. Love my 1911's in traditional Pancakes with thumb break retention. Yes, I believe in retention. As a Deputy Sheriff I was far more likely to get into a scuffle than a gunfight. Thus my belief in retention. Now living in Florida where humidity and rust are a serious problem what better than a Poly frame weapon secured in a plastic holster. Great level 2 holster

This holster is great. It is Completely adjustable for tension and easy to unlock with the trigger finger. I use the belt loop and really like the way this holster secures my pistol. It is very comfortable.

Perfect gift

Bought for a Christmas gift for adult grandchild. Is a great starter holster and even beyond. Was well received by grandchild. I really like the adjustable cant and paddle/belt option. Material looks good and appears to be very durable.

blackhawk holster

I have bought this type of holster for other guns,so this one was not a disappointment.It holds the gun very well and releases quickly with the push of the lever. I am going to mount the holster to hold the gun in a secure place on a wall near the back door,out of sight and in reach by only my wife and I.It is the house gun,not my carry gun.

Great Holster

Great holster for open carry. Too bulky for concealment. Smooth draw and natural grip placement. The carbon fiber finish looks awesome. No padding for the gun's finish so make sure you oil the metal surface to protect against holster wear.

I recently purchased This Holster for my drop leg platform. fit and finish are great. I have the belt, paddle and now the drop leg and I love them all. BlackHawk just needs to do a .45 ACP double stack mag holder and My kit will be complete.

This is a high quality light weight holster. The detent feature works great. It gives me extra confident when doing shooting competitions where you could be shooting on the go, that the gun is secured well with that detent system. It also is really cool looking with that carbon fiber finish!

Fits Glock 21sf

I bought this holster after using a Fobus for a couple of months. I had to wear my belt too tight for comfort to stop pulling my pants waistline up while drawing with a friction retention holster like the Fobus. I looked for a thumbdrive holster from 5.11 but couldn't find one for the Glock 21sf. I eventually found this BlackHawk Serpa holster that was advertised to fit my gun. I've had a BlackHawk holster before for my 1911 and really liked it. When this holster arrived, I was happy to see my gun fit in it like a glove. I now have peace of mind knowing that I can smoothly draw my weapon if needed. If you order a BlackHawk Serpa holster, you won't be disappointed.
