As a prior military member and a formal LEO. I have the following break down:
Pros:
1. Easy access to your gear and enough for two riles or mixture of one rife and two hand guns.
2. by the time you sew on patches, mark it up and give it a wear down look, it truly is a great conceal bag.
3.sturdy enough to carry accessories and about two -three boxes of ammo and a few mags.
Cons:
(well not really a con, just something i want others to be aware of)

Blackhawk Diversion Carry Board Pack - Excellent!
This is an excellent bag. It will carry a broken down AR-15, assembled short-barrel AR, FN P90, etc. However, it does not come with a padded hip belt and there is no internal frame or stiffener. For the price point, you may obtain those inexpensively and the complete setup is still more affordable than some competitor's packs.
I bought an Eberlestock contoured hip belt (also from Optics Planet) and ran the bottom of the pack's shoulder straps through the ladders on the belt. It isn't perfect, but holds the pack more snugly to the body. I also picked up a couple of 1" wide by 1/8" thick aluminum flat rods from the local hardware store. These fit nicely through the ladders along the back and can be bent to fit the contours of your back. They don't prevent you from using the ladders on the bag because you can also thread the rod through the ladders on any pouches you want to add to the pack. For extra protection to prevent the rods from digging into the nylon on the pack you can obtain vinyl rectangular end caps for the rods on the web.
Excellent get home or bug out bag for the car, truck, etc.

BlackHawk Diversion Carry Board Pack
A great price paid for the value, very well made and durable.Conceals well whatever you want to carry in it. Has plenty of storage units inside the bag.
