Most Helpful Positive Review Belt Drop Loop
I bought this drop loop to make up a USPSA drop/offset holster rig without paying the high dollars asked for some other kydex DOH rigs out there. This drop loop worked perfectly. I used it in my first match of the season on sunday, and I am very impressed. It places the pistol at a very comforable p...

Most Helpful Negative Review Be Careful with this
The screws that they provide with this kit don't even fit the holes. This would be a great product if the screws would work. This would be good for duty use. You can't use this for USPSA/IPSC though as it drops the butt of the gun grip well below the top of the belt. Pros: Drops pistol down f...

pairs great with Blackhawk t-serirs L2C

by Z, from NM, United States Written on October 15, 2020
Works great with the Blackhawk L2C holster. Drops down below the belt line so that I can wear a internal frame backpack with belt over it. Especially since blackhawk hasnt stocked the t-series specific duty belt loop yet. And doesnt mention compatability with the concealment L2C holster. Some modification necessary with wood shims and longer screws so a belt can slide through it without clamping down.

The screws that came alone were wayyy too short

by Winters, Verified Owner from PA, United States Written on May 11, 2019
Tried to use this for my Omni holster, but the screws that came alone are just way too short. Turns out that this piece of gear is far thicker than the original one that came with the holster. Good luck finding good screws, that’s all I’m gonna say

great for target shooting

by gem444, from IL, United States Written on June 7, 2017
it drops the holster down on the leg, great for those of us who have long arms and do not use the holster for conceal carry. great for the range, and to carry your weapon in the woods. you need longer screws which blackhawk will send you free of charge.

Good, inexpensive adapter

by Legacy Reviewer, Verified Owner Written on September 8, 2011
Blackhawks SERPA holster system is intuitive and easy to use. The autolocking feature when holstering is especially appreciated when its necessary to have both hands free quickly.

The jacket slot plate (duty belt loop) permits direct switching from the drop leg tactical mounting system to a duty belt with minimum expense and difficulty. Rather than purchase a complete holster assembly, simply unscrew the holster itself from the drop leg mounting plate and attach it to the jacket slot duty belt loop. The design permits mounting without removing other items from the belt, a handy and welcome feature.
An extra set of screws are even included if you have misplaced the original.

My only criticism is that when the duty belt loop is used with a Blackhawk level 3 holster with rotating hood, there is minimum room between the hood release lever and the belt loop. That is a minor annoyance.

Blackhawk belt loop

by Legacy Reviewer, Verified Owner from IL, United States Written on July 3, 2011
Great value, cheap way to modify blackhawk drop leg holster to a belt holster, lower drop than I would prefer, will not fit the smaller/cheaper/hi ride blackhawk holster
Pros: great value, cheap way to modify blackhawk drop leg holster to belt holster
Cons: hangs lower than I would prefer

Great holster accessory for the field.

by Legacy Reviewer, Verified Owner from AL, United States Written on June 22, 2011
Works great, and much cheaper than the alternative products. I bought this to use with my issued Serpa holster while overseas. The belt slots are really tight on my pistol belt, but function just fine. It's a good product that gets the holster lower without having to have the hassle of a leg holster.
Pros: Puts the pistol in a more accessable location while wearing armor and other gear.
Cons: Very tight on the belt, no ability to adjust without removing your belt and using a screwdriver.

I use the holster for competition, this item lowers the holster exactly to where it is best located for quick presentation of the weapon.
