I didn’t want to spend a lot on my first Charger build, so I ordered one of these Blackhawk stocks. It’s pretty nice for a peice of molded plastic, and the fit is tight with no gaps. Very happy with this stock.

I read multiple reviews about the need to "fit" the action to this stock. I felt comfortable doing that if necessary so I ordered one. The fit was snug but that's just as it should have been. The magazine opening was also perfect with no fitting work necessary. Maybe I got lucky or maybe Blackhawk has resolved any fitting issues that may have been there earlier. I really like the looks. I like the free floating barrel. The price was right. At this point I'd definitely recommend this stock. Now I need to go shoot it. I'll let you know how that goes.

BlackHawk Knoxx Axiom R/F Charger total waste of time! optics planet should not sell this product. Does not fit! don't even try. You will just ruin the thing that you need to send back. Blackhawk co. are idiots. WTF

For a really low priced stock its an excellent value. The stock is very rigid for an injection molded design. It also has a few nice improvements over the factory design. The grip angle is much more comfortable, and the QD sling swivel makes the gun handy with a single point sling. Very tight fit though. As others have stated it required some minor filing and sanding. After years of modifying guns though its not a big deal. An excellent value for the price, and as always Optics Planet provided great customer service and fast shipping.

Very lightweight stock, comfortable. Easy install. I slightly modified this for my new takedown charger. Absolutely love this stock. Saved alot of weight over the original stock. Would buy another. Comfortable grip, and no spacer as is typical on alot of aftermarket stocks. Easily trimmed if needed for better fit. I may purchase the rifle stock for a carbine 10/22 build.

It took over an hour if grinding and filing to fit the action to the stock. In these days of precision moulding and computer controlled perfection, there is absolutely no excuse for a product as sloppily made as this to reach the consumer. That said, the appearance and rigidity of the design almost make up for the poor execution.

I used the BlackHawk Axiom in my Charger build, a compact, light, varmit / target gun. It came out great, I went with a new trigger job, bolt buffer, Cocking Assembly, Mag Release, 6" Ultralight Barrel w/Compensator, Red Dot, and a one Point Tactical Sling. The BlackHawk Stock was a weight reduction of 3 3/4 oz. over the OEM stock, and the receiver fit in the BlackHawk was far superior to the OEM stock, It is very snug. I did have to sand the mag well slightly to get the 10 round mag to drop properly, but that was the only tweak needed. Overall my build (unloaded, with the red dot) weighs 42oz. The stock Charger (with out any sights whatsoever) is 56oz. (14oz. lighter), The gun is compact light and accurate. The One point sling allows you to grip the gun like any pistol, just adjust the sling to be snug as you push forward to your natural firing position, no need for the fore-stock (except as a bipod mount). The BlackHawk also repositions your hand closer to the trigger, this is a better feel for me than the OEM stock. So, exactly what I wanted and an awesome price.
Pros: Price, weight, fit
Cons: none

This stock would be a great value at triple the price. It is way more comfortable to shoot. It's lighter. And the added sling really helps stabilize the firearm.
Pros: excellent fit, better grip angle, sling stability, looks cool
