Howa 308 16" heavy barrel: I love this stock! But gave 4 stars as there's room for improvement. I've just stiffened the fore-end with a piece of aluminum set in epoxy, this elliminated all the twisting. I wish it has a bottom rail (maybe) I'm useing a Harris bipod on a #9 mount to which I've added another sling stud. I bedded action w/Devcon, installed aluminum DBM for AICS mags. So far a net gain in weight of >6oz. Hopefully I can change the butt for an Axiom A-Frame Carbine Stock, that would reduce weight back to original.

  • No M-Lok available
  • Flimsy fore end with bipod
