44H003BK-R: BlackHawk LE Duty Gear Level 2 SERPA Duty Holster - Colt 1911 is a great holster, secure yet fast, but needs vertical adjutment.
I have 20+ years LE experience.
Pros: Secure but lightning fast draws
Cons: No vertical adjutment, rides a little too low
