Much better than I thought!
At first I thought I didn't really need this, but once I put it on I knew I had made a good choice. It's much more comfortable to wear than a regular belt (with buckle), especially when you need to put a duty belt on top of it. I recommend this item!

First trouser belt that I have owned that velcros to the duty belt and holds solidly in place. I really like it.

Basic inner belt,
Belt works as expected and advertised. Used it only once so far at BLM range, no problems with it. Bought it with duty belt 44B2MDBK-GSA, both works well together.

Great product. Works well as either a belt alone or with the duty belt on top. Careful with certain over-shirt materials, but that is to be expected with hook-loop technology. Duty belt stays still while holstering and unholstering from my level 2 Serpa.

Great Value
Great value belt. I am happy with it overall, especially for the price. I wish it was a little more rigid, but just personal preference. The Velcro on it drags on every belt loop and I am concerned that it will end up wearing out the belt loops on my duty trousers. I would buy it again.
