Why would Blackhawk take this off the market?
I purchased a pair of these shorts (because only one pair was available), and have had that same pair for several years. It's time to get more, but unfortunately, it seems that if there is a second to none greatness product (like this one here), it's promptly taken off production, and replaced with something I don't need, nor want. Summer is getting closer, it's already in the 70s in many places around here, so it's time. It's unfortunate that Blackhawk stopped producing this product, which I rate at 5 stars.

Top Quality Clothing
In the past few years, I have purchased several pair of these Blackhawk! Light Weight Tactical Shorts. They are very well made, durable and have plenty of pockets for whatever activity you are undertaking. Very highly recommended.

There are numerous features on this line of clothing that are indispensable.

Well made, cool, practical and sturdy. Seems to be superior to comparable products. It has multiple practical pockets for a variety of activities from beach walking to hunting. This model is light weight and comfortable in hot conditions. Great for hiking. Pockets good for holding cellphone, pocket knife, kleenex, papertowels, maps, GPS devices, tools and whatever.

Great tactical shorts
These are great tactical shorts. I standardized on Blackhawks because I really like all the pocket locations, sizes and configurations. I own 4 pairs, am buying a 5th.
Especially like the hidden zipper pockets for backup wallet and passport.
They are durable, wear them most days thru the warm months. Change to their long leg cousins for cold times. Pockets all in the same places.

Blackhawk tactical shorts
I have used 5.11 taclite shorts and these are my first Blackhawk tactical shorts. I like the way the waistband expands in that it is concealed. The pockets offer a wide variety of uses especially the zippered pockets. The pockets are shallower then the 5.11 which makes it harder to carry extra magazines.

5 years of happiness from exploitation
I have gone trough many options and ended up with this model. It is perfect as for traveling, shooting, outdoors, same for everyday life.
With time I got different colors for different tasks, and happy with it !
