I had the Blackhawk Level 3 holster prior to this one just couldn't attach a light to my Glock 19, I have written reviews for multiple different holsters and there's a reason I choose this one for on duty use. In my opinion it is the best Level 3 holster out there... But has close competition with the Safariland Level 3 holsters. It has the fastest draw of any level 3 holster, and faster then most level 2 holsters for that matter. Great holster after several hundred draws and rounds. If you are LEO then you need to run this holster through its paces as the draw is slightly different that weapon light specific holsters (Blackhawk Xiphos).

Blackhawk holster

I bought this holster for my Sig p2022 thinking that it might fit a p226 holster and most holsters fit the p2022 but not this holster, this is a very tight level 3 p226 holster only and won't fit the p2022. This is a nice holster and fits the p226 tight and it is a very secure level 3 holster with Blackhawk seepage and hood that snaps the weapon tightly, I would buy this holster if you carry owb.

Good holster

Really like this holster, use on duty everyday and like the consistency of my draw. Wish other lights could be used with it, but the xiphos light is really good and sturdy. The holster is as described as far as ability to quick draw and proper hand placement. I saw other reviews and you tube videos on this holster and all I can say about the negative comments is that they are wrong. I have been a LEO for fifteen years and have used only safariland products up till now. I really like this holster and the xiphos light I purchased with it. Both are excellent products that I would buy again. The price was great for both.

Good, secure holster

I got this holster for home and vehicle carry, and it suits that well. Not going to be concealing a sig 226 with a light. It is great for its purpose and would probably be good for a duty holster as well. I like how much coverage and protection it provides for the gun.

AWSOME light!! Tactical and great for overnight patrol. Extremely useful and convenient through my tour. Other patrolmen have also purchased as well and ideal in our division. I recommend it to all that are authorized to have.

Blackhawk lvl 3 light bearing holster

Blackhawk makes some of the best holsters around. The holster provides a smooth draw. Is very sturdy so don't worry about breaking it. I have to have basket weave and the look of it is perfect. You never have to worry about your side arm falling out or anything.

Good holster

For a level three retention is very easy and natural to operate. It's an excellent holster, if it would operate with any light other than the Xiphos, which is not my favorite product, it would be perfect.
Pros: Natural feel to draw
Cons: Only allows Xiphos light
